- Product Information
We try our best to display our products and write our descriptions as accurately as possible. Please be aware that some things such as colours can slightly vary from the actual product either due to the photo shot or differentiation with screen monitor displays. Size measurements are also approximate and could possibly vary between garments dependent upon the type of fit whether it be slim, regular or chunky. Its always possible for our items to become unavailable either completely or in particular sizes, please check back regularly to see if it comes back in stock as we shall update and edit the information continually. If you wish to know further information about a product such as whether it will be restocked, please feel free to get in touch and we will happily provide you with your answer.

- Making an Order
When you place your order with us you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase details. Once placed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please ensure everything is correct before confirming. If any problems arise with your order we shall contact you.
- Delivery Information & Costs
We offer FREE standard delivery in the UK on all orders. The delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days. You can track the status of your order on our main page by inserting the order number you have received through email. This feature will inform you whether your order is still in process or has been shipped to you. Modrophenia will dispatch your order within 1 working day of confirmation. You will be notified and refunded immediately if the item has become unavailable/out of stock.
- Missing Orders
It is possible for some orders to go missing in the post and if yours hasnt arrived you will need to do the following.
Firstly, ensure that you have allowed enough time for the delivery to be made, which is around the 14 day period. If after 14 days you still havent received your order please report this to us immediately either by email or by calling us on 01827 310222 and we will deal with the situation accordingly. International orders please allow up to 21 days before reporting the item as missing. It is also a good idea to check with your local Post Office that the order hasnt been delivered whilst you were out and taken back for collection.

- Returns
If you are unhappy, have received a wrong item or simply find the item unsuitable we of course guarantee you a full refund on the product(s). You have up to 14 days to make a decision on returning items and refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. For exchanges please contact us via the contact form or by telephone where we will make arrangements to send you a replacement. Items must be returned in their original unused condition and packaging with all tags attached. Please note that you will not be refunded on postage (unless an error has occurred such as you receiving a wrong item or the item being damaged) and it is your responsibility to cover the costs of returning using a recorded delivery service that requires proof of delivery. If you return an item that is not in its original condition or with its tags removed, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a partial refund dependent upon state.
